Alexandria Construction Company (ACC) is one of Egypt's leading construction firms, founded by Eng. Talaat Moustafa under the investment law with an initial capital of one million Egyptian pounds. In 2005, Eng. Tarek Talaat Moustafa took over as chairman, bringing a vision to enhance the company’s systems and performance. Under his leadership, ACC experienced significant growth, increasing its capital to one billion and five hundred million Egyptian pounds.
